Software Support:
RVS offers live telephone technical support to customers with active phone support subscriptions. Annual support subscriptions provide unlimited access to technical support by email or phone for one named technical contact from each school. Technical support is offered on a 'reasonable efforts' basis. We can't guarantee we'll be able to resolve every issue, but we'll do our best.
